Creating the LdB Holiday Gift Guide
Starting in November and running until Christmas Eve, the Lac du Bonnet CDC featured the Holiday Gift Guide, a digital campaign to encourage local spending through the holidays.
Every day, the Lac du Bonnet CDC featured a different business or non-profit organization in the community, showcasing products, services, gift cards, event tickets, and memberships that could be purchased as gifts. The campaign was organized using Facebook @ldbcdc, Twitter @ldbcdc, Facebook @myldb, Instagram @myldb.ca, Twitter @myldb.ca, and Driftscape.
While building the campaign, the Lac du Bonnet CDC visited many local businesses to capture images of the products business owners and managers wanted to promote for the holiday season to coordinate Holiday Gift Guide.
The Lac du Bonnet CDC looks forward to making this a yearly project, featuring new businesses and non-profit organizations within the community and helping promote local shopping during the holiday season.
