Event Planning: Lac du Bonnet Volunteers host many fantastic community events annually! We know that event planning isn’t easy and can take hundreds of hours, and we are here to offer support. From helping plan timelines to creating job descriptions, making marketing plans, helping to implement new tools and technology, or just lending a hand for a couple of hours on event day – we are here to support our non-profit organizations in any way we can.
Fundraising and Sponsorship Development: Is your organization looking for new ways to raise funds for community projects? Fundraising and Sponsorship packages are two methods you can use. Together we can create a list of viable options, develop packages, and plan and organize new ways to generate funds for your non-profit organization.
Grant Writing: Grant proposals and applications are crucial to our non-profit Community. The Lac du Bonnet CDC Team is here to help support your application process by helping you write grant applications, prepare supporting documents, create budgets, track down quotes, and more.
Policy and Procedure Development: Policies and procedures are the backbone of any organization. They provide clear guidance, governing principles, and offer protection for the volunteers working within the organization. Whether you need to develop new policies, review by-laws, or develop organizational manuals, the Lac du Bonnet CDC Team can help every step of the way.
Project Management: Working with you, we can help develop project management plans that are flexible enough to accommodate any size project or event. The project management service can help you set up tools, find resources and volunteers, create planning documents and assist you with moving forward with your project or event planning in an organized and timely manner.
Stakeholder Facilitation: The Lac du Bonnet CDC is here to support your local non-profit every step of the way. If you need to bring a large group of people together or find new partners for your organization, we can help connect and facilitate group projects between multiple organizations, the public, and key partners.
