Dishwasher at Drifter’s

Clear plates and rinse dishes. Load into trays and put through dish sanitizer.

Once clean, remove dishes from the tray and put dishes in their designated spot.

Notify management if the sanitizer isn’t working properly or needs repair/ maintenance.

Keep an eye on dishwasher chemicals and change out buckets when empty/low.

Keep dishwashing area clean, including wiping down stainless-steel backsplash, front of sink, and underneath sinks and sanitizer.

Refill ketchup bottles once cleaned.

Help restaurant server clear tables when busy.

Press pizza dough, wrap and put into storage racks in store cooler, ensuring proper rotation.

Help with minor kitchen prep tasks (examples: peeling potatoes, washing and cutting romaine etc.).

Help cooks with additional weekly cleaning tasks (examples: wiping down doors, counter backsplash, storage shelving, etc.).
